3rd Circ. Sides With Cintas Workers In Union Spat

Law360, New York (September 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of employees at uniform supplier Cintas Corp. has revived its bid for punitive damages against a union found to have violated the employees' privacy rights by accessing their motor vehicle records as part of a long-running organizing campaign.
