Judge Whittles Down FLSA Action Against CVS

Law360, New York (September 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Only two plaintiffs remain in a case alleging CVS Caremark Corp. failed to compensate current and former pharmacy technicians for overtime and missed meal breaks after a federal court decertified the collective action and granted some of CVS’ motions for summary judgment.
