Law360, New York (August 26, 2015, 7:57 AM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice released the Hart-Scott-Rodino annual report for fiscal year 2014 on Aug. 12, 2015.
Although there is little chance the report will be turned into a major motion picture, it does provide an in-depth look both at the agencies’ merger enforcement efforts and at the workings of the antitrust premerger notification program from October 2013 through September 2014.
