Ala. High Court Vacates Ruling In Law Firms' Fee Spat

Law360, New York (September 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of Alabama has vacated a lower court's order that refused to dismiss or transfer a case involving a dispute among three law firms over fees from cases related to agricultural giant Monsanto Co.'s alleged pollution and has said the lower court is not the proper venue for the suit.
