Spectralytics, Cordis Stent Case Cleared For Trial

Law360 (September 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed a stent patent lawsuit filed by medical device company Spectralytics Inc. against rivals Cordis Corp. and Norman Noble Inc. to go to trial, denying some motions for summary judgment from both sides.
