Konica Minolta Hit With FLSA Suit

Law360, New York (September 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A proposed class action has accused a subsidiary of Konica Minolta Holdings Inc. of failing to pay proper overtime to its employees.

The case was filed Monday in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Konica Minolta Business Solutions USA Inc., on behalf of former employee Gilberto Rodriguez of Palm Beach County, Fla.
