NTP Hurls Charges of Impropriety At USPTO

Law360 (June 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- True to its word, patent holding firm NTP Inc. has formally accused the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of engaging in improper behavior during the reexamination of the patents at the heart of the protracted dispute with BlackBerry maker Research in Motion Ltd.
