New W.R. Grace Plan Appeases Asbestos Claimants

Law360, New York (September 22, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mining company W.R. Grace & Co. has filed a joint plan of reorganization and disclosure statement that it says achieves a fair resolution of the asbestos-related claims that pushed the company to seek Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection over seven years ago.
