ITC Plan For Faster Patent Redesign Reviews Yet To Catch On

Law360, New York (September 15, 2015, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Six months after the U.S. International Trade Commission launched a pilot program creating an expedited process for determining whether redesigned products are covered by exclusion orders in patent cases, the program has yet to be used, but it could be a helpful tool in some cases, attorneys say.
