Trial Of National Century Head To Proceed

Law360, New York (September 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to drop charges against the former chief executive of National Century Financial Enterprises Inc. for his alleged involvement in a $2 billion fraud scheme to deceive investors about the financial health of the company that collapsed in 2002.
