Union Failed To Save Discovery Documents: TSA

Law360 (September 25, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Transportation Security Administration has asked a court to forbid the American Federation of Government Employees from submitting evidence of damages in its data security breach lawsuit against the government on the grounds that the union failed to preserve documents the TSA sought in discovery.
