3 Firms Are GCs' Faves For Employment Litigation

In-house legal professionals surveyed for the BTI Litigation Outlook 2016 report by Wellesley, Massachusetts-based BTI Consulting Group named several notable general-practice firms and employment boutiques. However, they zeroed in on Jackson Lewis PC, Littler Mendelson PC and Ogletree Deakins Nash Smoak & Stewart PC as their go-to firms for both routine and complex litigation.
