OPINION: Have Big Law Firms Lost Their Way?

Law360, New York (September 25, 2015, 4:07 PM EDT) -- The views expressed here could not pass muster under Daubert. Still, we all accept certain propositions (consider "The grass is always greener * * *" as an insightful observation about how we all think) even though they have never been the subject of scientific study. My hope is that this article will not be seen as a rant by a senior trial lawyer. The truth is that some things get worse with the passage of time and it should be fair to comment upon such deterioration.
