Mich. Insurers' Antitrust Claim Moot: Judge

Law360, New York (September 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge has ruled that the plaintiffs' claim is moot and has dismissed an antitrust suit that accused Michigan county registers of forcing insurance companies to agree to a no-resale condition before obtaining duplicate copies of title deeds.
