Fed. Circ. Decision Ends ATMI, Praxair Dispute

Law360, New York (September 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court panel has remanded part of a patent dispute between ATMI Inc. and Praxair Inc. over the rights to pressurized gas containers, but the case will not be heard by a lower court due to a recent settlement between the parties.
