Enviro Groups Sue PGE Over Clean Air Violations

Law360, New York (October 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Portland General Electric Co. has been hit with a lawsuit by environmental groups accusing it of operating a coal-fired power plant in Boardman, Ore., that emits massive amounts of pollutants in violation of the Clean Air Act.
