Appeals Court Orders Case V. Judge Thrown Out

Law360, New York (October 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Wednesday ordered a county employee's wrongful termination case against a county court judge thrown out, reversing a district judge's decision that had allowed the case to go forward.

The case has been remanded to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania with instructions to dismiss the complaint.
