NM Moves To Prevent Construction Of Coal Plant

Law360, New York (October 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The state of New Mexico has joined environmental groups in appealing an air quality permit that allows for the construction of a coal-fired power plant on Navajo land in the northwestern part of the state.
