BP Plant Upgrades Violate Clean Air Act: EPA

Law360, New York (October 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- For the second time in less than a year, BP Products North America has been targeted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for allegedly violating the Clean Air Act by upgrading an Indiana refinery near Chicago before it had the proper permit to do so.
