Injunction Renewed In Linerboard Attorney Fee Feud

Law360, New York (October 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal judge Thursday reinstated an injunction amid new evidence of litigation in a drawn-out feud between two antitrust attorneys fighting over a referral fee from a $202 million class action settlement.

The ruling, by Judge Jan E. Dubois of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, supersedes a decision in July that vacated the injunction and halted the proceedings, deeming the dispute over fees from the corrugated paper products class action a personal quarrel unfit for the courts.
