Energy Survey Captures Latin American Outlook

Law360, New York (October 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A recent survey of Latin America’s energy company executives has revealed a shared belief that despite recent offshore finds, Latin America’s oil production will peak within the next decade, heightening the risks for long-term investors as well as the need for government reform and for alternative energy projects.
