High Court Rejects Patent Board Appointments Case

Law360, New York (October 6, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has taken on a heavy caseload this term, but one matter it has declined to hear is a challenge to the constitutionality of some appointments to the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
