Law360, Chicago (October 22, 2015, 9:48 PM EDT) -- When it comes to business-friendly venues, judges say it's time for in-house counsel to think beyond Delaware and arbitration and take a look at the growing slate of state business courts that promise quicker resolutions and corporate legal expertise.
