Feds Seek Dismissal Of Admin Law Judges' Suit

Law360 (October 7, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Office of Personnel Management has asked a federal judge to dismiss a suit brought by a group of administrative law judges, accusing the agency of taking too much discretion into its own hands when it tossed aside regulations governing the selection of ALJs.
