Del. Court Upholds Patent Judgment Against Motorola

Law360 (October 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Supreme Court of Delaware has upheld a lower court's ruling in favor of Amkor Technology Inc. in a declaratory judgment case against Motorola Inc. over semiconductor patents.

The state's high court on Wednesday rejected Motorola's argument that Judge Charles H. Toliver IV of the Superior Court of Delaware, New Castle County, erred when he granted summary judgment in favor of Amkor after a six-day bench trial in November.
