Law360, New York (October 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Automotive parts giant Federal-Mogul Corp. is taking a second stab at a suit that accuses Dorman Products Inc. of selling manifold gaskets for car engines that are virtually identical to Federal-Mogul's patented designs, which cost the company several years and at least $4 million to design.
The suit was originally filed in April, but Dorman said it was not properly served with the complaint.
