Exxon Probe Will Explore Gray Areas Of Climate Change

Law360, New York (November 6, 2015, 9:22 PM EST) -- Exxon Mobil Corp. is facing a New York attorney general’s office investigation into whether it adequately informed investors about climate change-related risks to its value, but experts say it will be difficult to prove the company could accurately assess its part in a global problem.
