Merger May Be Brewing For Two Midwest Firms

Law360, New York (October 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Mid-sized law firms Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP are reportedly considering a tie-up.

The firms would not confirm or deny such talk, but they did acknowledge a willingness to partner up if the situation is right.
