DOL Sues Concrete Co. For Overtime Violations

Law360, New York (October 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor has sued Concrete Management Resources LLC, alleging the Kansas-based company routinely violates the wage-and-hour provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The complaint, lodged Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Kansas, accuses Concrete Management Resources and its manager William Friend of denying past and current employees overtime pay.
