EPA Grants Controversial Storm Water Permit To GE

Law360, New York (October 14, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- While progress has been made in General Electric Corp.’s cleanup of Massachusetts' Housatonic River, a recent decision by federal regulators to permit storm water discharge from a nearby contaminated facility has raised concerns that those gains will be undone.
