Law360, New York (October 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A lawsuit alleging that the United Food and Commercial Workers International Union and more than 10 other defendants engaged in illegal pressure tactics to push to organize the world's largest pork processing plant will proceed after a federal judge ruled against the defendants' motion for summary judgment Tuesday.
