Mixed Ruling For J&J In Stent Dispute

Law360 (June 29, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court granted Johnson & Johnson a mixed blessing Thursday, affirming a lower court’s finding that a coronary stent patent held by J & J subsidiary Cordis Corp. was valid, but declining to rule on the issue of whether rival Boston Scientific Corp. had infringed on the patent.
