Jurors Reveal Prejudices On Housing Crisis In Survey

Law360, New York (October 16, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- As law firms and companies prepare for the trials that are likely to come in the wake of the subprime mortgage meltdown, a new survey shows that potential jurors have strong ideas on who's responsible for the housing collapse.

On Wednesday, the research arm of e-discovery giant Kroll Ontrack released a report titled “The Subprime Mortgage Meltdown & Financial Fallout: From Foreclosure to the Courtroom" that explores the suits that are likely to come out of the subprime meltdown and the potential juror reactions.
