The Gathering Storm: Supreme Court Case Promises Change in Patent Law

Law360 (July 5, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On June 26, 2006, the Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments in KSR International Co. v. Teleflex Inc., No. 04-1350. This appeal addresses a fundamental issue regarding the question of entitlement to a patent and promises to be the most significant Supreme Court decision involving patent law in the last decade.
