USTR Puts South Korea Back on IPR Priority Watch List

Law360, New York (January 9, 2004, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. added South Korea to its priority watch list of countries with weak intellectual property protection Thursday, based on a review that found growth in online music piracy and film piracy has caused “serious economic damage” to both domestic and foreign recording companies.
