Cordis Hits Boston Scientific Over New Taxus Stent

Law360, New York (October 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Three years after a jury found that Boston Scientific Corp. infringed a Cordis Corp. patent for flexible stents, the Johnson & Johnson unit has filed a new lawsuit over the same patent, alleging that Boston Scientific's recently approved stent has no "colorable differences" from the earlier infringing product.
