Ore. Governor Asks FERC To Rethink LNG Terminal

Law360, New York (October 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The governor of Oregon has asked the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to reconsider its approval of a controversial fuel import terminal and pipeline in western Oregon, threatening to take legal action if the commission does not hold a rehearing to address environmental concerns regarding the terminal's construction.
