Democrats Decry USTR's Lack Of Transparency In TTIP Talks

Law360, New York (December 9, 2015, 5:40 PM EST) -- Democrats in Congress tore into the U.S. trade representative Tuesday for not being transparent like the European Commission on the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership after the commission decided to release confidential documents from the ongoing bilateral negotiations to European lawmakers.
