Bershad, Feds Differ On Kickback Scheme Sentence

Law360 (October 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Prosecutors have asked a judge to set aside the recommendation of the U.S. Probation Office and sentence a former managing partner of the firm now known as Milberg LLP to three months behind bars.
