FERC Orders Unlimited Time To Rethink LNG Terminal

Law360, New York (October 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has given itself an unlimited amount of time to review a number of petitions asking it to reconsider its approval of a controversial fuel import terminal and pipeline in western Oregon that opponents argue poses serious threats to the environment.
