Asset Management To Buckle Down In 2016

Law360, New York (December 24, 2015, 8:37 PM EST) -- A host of new rules set to take effect will bring greater regulatory focus to the asset management industry in 2016, with long-anticipated regulations on the horizon that may further impact funds and fund boards, experts say.
