UK House Urges Decisive Green Energy Action

Law360, New York (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Unless the United Kingdom takes immediate and serious action it will not pull its share in meeting the European Commission's directive for the European Union to reduce its gas emissions by 20% and increase its proportion of energy consumption from renewable sources to 20% by the year 2020, according to a report issued Friday by the House of Lords.
