Judgment In SEC Case Against Former Conseco Bigwigs

Law360 (July 10, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A judge has entered a final judgment in a case brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission case against the former chief financial officer and chief accounting officer of a financial holding company, bringing to a close fraud allegations that stretch back more than six years.

The SEC alleged that Rollin M. Dick and James S. Adams lied about the earnings of Conseco and Conseco Finance from March 1999 through February 2000.
