DHS Poised To Challenge 'No-Match' Injunction

Law360 (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security will try to get a judge to lift an injunction that stymied a rule calling for employers to fire workers whose names don’t match their Social Security numbers if the discrepancy can't be rectified, once additional rulemaking proceedings aimed at addressing the court’s concerns are completed.
