Election Could Drastically Affect Appeals Crt. Makeup

Law360, New York (October 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- While all eyes are focused on what impact the presidential election could have on the makeup of the U.S. Supreme Court, the next resident of the White House may well have a more dramatic effect on the country's appeals courts, according to a recently released report.
