KeyBank Didn't Overcharge Interactive: 7th Circ.

Law360, New York (October 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a decision dismissing a lawsuit filed by Interactive Intelligence Inc. against KeyBank National Association over $2 million in overcharges allegedly made by a former bank employee. The court also dismissed as “bizarre” Interactive's claims that it was the third-party beneficiary to an ethics agreement between the employee and the bank.
