Lawmakers Debate NatWest Three Extradition

Law360, New York (July 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Just one day before the extradition of three bankers implicated in the Enron fraud, the U.K.’s House of Commons will hold an emergency meeting Wednesday to debate the treaty that has landed the bankers in hot water.

The so-called NatWest three—David Bermingham, Gary Mulgrew and Giles Darby—are former executives of Greenwich National Westminster, a unit of Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC.
