Fondue Pot Makers Want Flame Injury Suit Extinguished

Law360, New York (January 12, 2016, 8:26 PM EST) -- The makers of a fondue pot and its fuel source have once again asked a Florida federal court to extinguish an insurer’s attempt to collect for damages and medical bills paid to a user of the appliance who was burned, arguing Monday the insurer’s policy doesn’t apply to her.
