Crabbers To Sue EPA Over Chesapeake Cleanup

Law360 (October 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental and watermen's groups has notified the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that it intends to file a lawsuit to force the agency into establishing a firm plan to clean up the Chesapeake Bay, where pollution has led to a steady decline in crabs and crab industry jobs.
