Fed. Circ. Affirms Attorneys' Fees In NTP Fight

Law360, New York (October 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A day after saying that a computer programmer failed to raise a genuine issue of material fact regarding his alleged contribution to several lucrative mobile e-mail inventions, a federal appeals court has ruled that the programmer needs to pay attorneys' fees to NTP Inc.
